BCIT RECREATION SERVICE (SE16)

Address:

3700 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby BC V5G 3H2 (access from Wayburne Drive).

Parking:

All parking on campus is paid parking and patrolled regularly. When you arrive, please ensure you obtain a ticket from the Parking Pay Station within your parking lot. Please park in Lot A, B, E or 7. Click here for Map.

Change Rooms:

BCIT Recreation Services offers change rooms outside the gymnasium. Change rooms are complete with washrooms and showers.

Food Services:

On campus, Tim Hortons is open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and ‘The Stand’ (a small corner store) is open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Both are located in SE12 (a 4 minute walk). Click here for Map.

RED DEER POLYTECHNIC

Parking:

Parking is FREE in Lot Q (near the entrance to GWH Canada Games Centre) on weekends.

Change Rooms:

Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre offers change rooms outside the gymnasium. Change rooms are complete with washrooms and showers.

MOUNT ROYAL UNIVERSITY
Triple Gym

Address:

4825 Mt Royal Gate SW, Calgary AB T3E 7N5

Parking:

All parking on campus is paid parking and patrolled regularly. Visitor parking lots include the gated lots as well as the parkade. Lot 2 is the closest to the recreation centre doors. When you arrive, please ensure you obtain a ticket at the parking gate and keep that ticket with you. The Pay Parking Station is located immediately inside the Recreation Centre entrance. You must use this Pay Station when you leave for the day. There is no come and go access from gated lots. If you leave the lot, you must obtain a new ticket when you return. Click here for Map.

Change Rooms:

MRU Recreation change rooms are located by the Recreation Customer Service desk. There are day use lockers available, so feel free to bring your own lock. Change rooms are complete with washrooms, showers and steam room. The bathrooms closest to the Triple Gym ARE NOT TO BE USED AS CHANGE ROOMS!

Bank Machines:

A bank machine is located on the second level of the Recreation Centre. Other bank machines are located in Wickham House by the West Entrance.

Food Services:

Good Earth, Subway and Dairy Queen will be open and are located on the North-West side of the building in Wickham House. A Jugo Juice is located on the second level of the Recreation Centre.
